Ischemic Preconditioning for reducing severity of Ischemic reperfusion Injury of peripheral nerve

I am starting this topic to discuss the use of Ischemic Preconditioning for reducing severity of Ischemic reperfusion Injury of peripheral nerve. I research was published here(open access)(if you like this journal topic promote it in journal digest by voting here )
The important conclusions of the research was that Ischemic Preconditioning reduces the severity of Ischemic reperfusion injury in peripheral nerve (shown by reduced tissue MDA levels )at 3 th hour of reperfusion and axonal vacoulization at 7 th postischemic day.(Authors Yusuf K
